Yuhuan single-sided grinding (polishing) machine

This series of machine tools includes YH2M8192, YH2M8192/2 and YH2M8192B, which are mainly used for single-sided grinding and polishing of thin parts made of metal materials such as valve plates, valve plates, aluminum alloy cover plates, and non-metallic hard and brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, and sapphire. 

Technical features:
(1) This series of machine tools is a three-station self-repairing disc type single-sided grinding (polishing) machine;
(2) The peristaltic pump accurately controls the dripping flow of the grinding (polishing) liquid;
(3) The polishing liquid and the cleaning water are automatically separated and discharged, which is convenient for recycling and reuse;
(4) The grinding disc is automatically cooled by circulating cooling water;
(5) Touch screen man-machine operation interface, PLC control, friendly interface, large amount of information;
(6) Each station is equipped with a safety self-locking device, which is interlocked with the program to ensure operational safety;
(7) This series of machine tools can be equipped with pressure methods, including weight pressure and cylinder pressure;
(8) This series of machine tools can be equipped with automatic disk repair mechanism and safety grating protection device.
